END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR PagerOS

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING PagerOS.

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the owner of PagerOS ("Licensor") for the use of the PagerOS operating system ("Software").

BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

1. LICENSE GRANT

Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for internal purposes.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT:

- Extract, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.

- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software.

- Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party.

3. OWNERSHIP

The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software.

4. TERMINATION

This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term or condition. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Software.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Licensor resides.

BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.
