• Yuri — Inspired by a Doki Doki Literature Club! character.

• OS — Stands for Operating System.

Together, they form YuriOS — a creative blend of technical innovation and personality.

📜 End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: November 6, 2025

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“the User”) and Saturn Computing (“the Developer”) regarding the use of the proprietary operating system known as YuriOS (“the Software”).

By installing, copying, or using YuriOS, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. Ownership

YuriOS and all related files, binaries, documentation, and assets are the exclusive property of Saturn Computing.
The Software is licensed, not sold.

2. License Grant

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Install and use YuriOS for personal or internal use.

• Create and share videos or reviews showcasing YuriOS in action, as long as you do not expose or distribute its source code.

3. Restrictions

You must not:

• Share, upload, or distribute the source code of YuriOS.

• Pirate, sell, rent, lease, or redistribute YuriOS or any part of it.

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component.

• Show or share source code in videos, screenshots, or text form.

• Link, host, or mirror YuriOS in simulated environments, emulators, cloud platforms, or web systems without written permission.

• Claim ownership or authorship of YuriOS or its components.

4. Permissions

You may:

• Use YuriOS for personal, educational, or demonstration purposes.

• Share videos, screenshots, or reviews about YuriOS, provided you do not include any proprietary source code or internal files.

5. Termination

This license will automatically terminate if you violate any term of this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of YuriOS.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

YuriOS is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Saturn Computing shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use YuriOS, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
